ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Recruiter, you will identify and hire top talent to join our organization. The Talent Recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates, and partnering with our hiring managers throughout the full candidate life-cycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced organization. Your ultimate mission will be to ensure that the company has the right people, processes, and resources in place to exceed its goals.
 

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the cultural representative of Inboxlab embodying the culture, values, and mission of Inboxlab internally and externally

  • Work with the management team to develop an ongoing recruiting plan to attract the top talent

  • Manage a high volume, full candidate life-cycle through posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing and placing qualified candidates

  • Define, refine, implement and maintain recruiting processes that drive success

  • Organize and effectively manage the interview process

  • Identify/clarify hiring specifications, ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop action plans to maximize candidate pipeline

  • Source and recruit candidates through direct recruiting efforts

  • Import all data into an Applicant Tracking System

  • Meet regularly with team leaders to determine hiring needs for departments

  • Select potential candidates and qualify with initial interviews

  • Counsel managers on candidate selection

  • Help the hiring manager to develop onboarding plans for each new hire to ensure a successful transition into the Inboxlab team environment

  • Ensure that all new hires are well-versed in their job description and understand the KPIs of their role


What you’ll need to bring

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience

  • 2+  years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment or for a recruiting agency

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field

  • A growth mindset, driven by intense curiosity

  • Strong technical background

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
