About the Role
Inboxlab’s Social Media Coordinator executes the creation and curation of all visual and written content for our brands. This role reports to the Director of Content Strategy and requires an individual with a keen eye for quality written and visual content, cross-platform social media expertise, great communication, and impeccable attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing
Source and post content on social media accounts for all Inboxlab brands - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Curate visual content for social media, email, and web-based initiatives.
Write content for all social media platforms.
Design creative assets for social accounts, including image and video content.
Create Instagram stories that drive engagement to content outside of social media.
Research, develop and implement strategies to drive more followers and subscribers via social initiatives.
Coordinate partnerships with and manage database of social influencer contacts.
Manage social brand partnerships and cross-promotional initiatives.
Track metrics and report on analytics across all social media accounts.
Assist with organizational operations in relation to social media, including project management and organizational planning.
Build relationships with community members by asking questions and getting valuable feedback.
What you’ll need to bring
3+ years of social media, marketing, PR, or brand management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in social media, communications, marketing, design, business administration, or another related field.
Advanced knowledge and experience with social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube.
Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to tackle assignments with acute attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfortability when multitasking on different assignments.
Desire to always seek new ways to better build our social presence.
Creative mindset and ability to produce unique social content.
Experience in email marketing is a plus.
