About the Role
As the SEO Growth Manager, you’ll will be responsible for guiding and training the team on the day-to-day optimization & long term SEO strategy of Inboxlab’s brands.
Part of the role will include driving SEO changes & standards in collaboration with the design, engineering, and content teams. You will be expected to conduct site audits to help inform the team and other search managers with a view to support strategic priorities and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, proven experience of creating alignment across key stakeholders, a passion for customer experience, and proven ability to drive enterprise-scale results. You will be an expert in SEO best practices, hunger for the latest innovation, as well as being a creative thinker who can strategize for long term SEO growth.
What you’ll be doing
Create the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and working with product development and other teams to drive execution
Be a champion of SEO, drive understanding and adoption across the organization
Engage with design, engineering, and content stakeholders to drive SEO results
Work closely with internal partners to implement SEO recommendations and assess SEO performance
Define, measure and report SEO KPI’s on current and new initiatives and identify opportunities based on these metrics
Bring meaning and understanding to data and present clear, concise and actionable recommendations
Design experiments to test new strategies and tactics
Monitor performance metrics such as page ranking, site traffic trends, conversion optimization, etc. for Ladders and vs competitors while providing actionable insights and ongoing growth opportunities
Act as SEO evangelist by effectively communicating opportunities and risks across all parts of the organization
Develop and document SEO guidelines, standards, dashboards, and reporting
What you’ll need to bring
3-5 years of SEO experience, preferably with an industry leading website/brand
Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
Be able to prioritize and manage multiple brand projects at the same time
Relentlessly focused on the most efficient way of testing ideas and proving hypotheses
Results driven with strong business acumen
Demonstrated experience with technical audits and the overall implementation of analytics, and SEO best practices, on complex digital experiences
Experience telling a compelling story of how users behave and interact with digital initiatives through multiple data sources
Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with others as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas independently
